Home Voip Providers Can I Use VOIP If My Computer Crashes?

Can I use VOIP if my computer crashes? - home voip providers

I look forward to replacing my home phone with VoIP, and I am sure that some things ... First, my computer is an unreliable and could die soon. Still able to use VoIP? Secondly, what is the quality like (I'm not calling in Australia and overseas mobile so that it) only for national calls. And thirdly, recommendations for the VoIP providers in Australia? You can also use multiple phones at home or must be connected to the computer? Any information would be helpful, thanks!
