I had an announcement of the DVD format I'm trying to convert the SWF file. (Flash movie), so that you can play on a website. Would not open Adobe Premiere. DVD VOB, so I just changed the extension of A. Mpg but if Adobe Premiere or Windows Media Player opens. Mpg shows only the first 35 seconds of the first commercial, and 10 seconds of the first transaction. (Total length must be less than 2.5 min.).
I have a program to convert MPEG encoder in the right way, then, and I still the same --- only 45 seconds of footage 150SEC. Is there a free program that can play this DVD in the correct way to turn it into an MPEG / MPG
