Use a thimble 1987-1993 Ford Mustang 4 to 5 Lug converter, available on wheels, auto parts stores or more car dealer or JC Whitney (www.jcwhitney.com)
The problem is the offset of the wheels from Chevy, the distance between the center and the edge of the rim probably taken too important for the farmer and the wheel / tire is the suspension. You may need to buy a lot of wedges on the agenda simply stack and bolt Chevy pass run, much less be able to after they are installed.
